HDays Responsible AI Use
General
· HDays may use AI to support content creation, translation, subtitles, transcripts, summaries, reports, matching support, practical communication, and administrative workflows.
· HDays aims to use AI in a careful, human-centred, and practical way.
Human oversight
· AI is used as a support tool and not as a substitute for human responsibility or human judgment.
· Important choices, public-facing materials, and participant-facing outputs are intended to remain subject to human review.
Meetings and participant data
· At certain HDays activities, AI may be used to support transcripts, summaries, subtitles, translations, voice-overs, or Q&A notes.
· At meetings and related activities, personal charts and matching data may be visible and may be exchanged as part of the format.
· Where AI is used in connection with personal data, HDays aims to act in line with its Privacy Statement and applicable law.
Limits of AI
· AI-supported outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, mistranslations, or technical errors.
· HDays therefore does not guarantee that AI-generated transcripts, subtitles, summaries, translations, notes, or similar outputs are complete or error-free.
Third parties, rights and liability
· HDays may use third-party AI tools, which may be subject to their own terms, privacy notices, and technical limitations.
· HDays materials and AI-supported outputs may still be protected by copyright and other rights and may not be reused without permission.
· To the maximum extent permitted by law, HDays is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from AI-supported outputs. Where HDays is liable under applicable law, any liability is limited to a maximum of 50% of the amounts actually paid to and received by HDays for the relevant service.
